Care homes within the south division and a team of Regional
To provide and develop a high-quality service though the provision of professional
accountability for assigned Registered Home Managers
To mentor, coach and support assigned ROD's to become effective business managers and drivers of outstanding home performance.
To promote good practice standards and guide assigned RODs and Home Managers in their implementation
To assist the Operations team in ensuring all the services
in England achieve minimum of Good / Outstanding
To contribute to the strategic development of the operations strategy.
As Regional Operations Director you'll be responsible for providing support to up 50 Home Managers in all respects to enable them to achieve maximum performance against required standards, business objectives and growth targets, within the desired culture.

What we are looking for?
You will need to support, guide and motivate Home Managers to achieve maximum performance against all goals with confidence. You will ensure there is an emphasis on quality of service delivery for residents, service users, relatives and staff are obvious at all times in your homes. You will agree budgets, objectives and targets for each Home, including new services and growth. You'll deliver against these budgets, and undertake the required level of monitoring of performance against all criteria to do so.
Experience in a senior management role is essential and a clinical qualification would be ideal although not essential. The role will involve regular stays away from home and travelling.
